277bit Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 277bit website at 277bit.bet, its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by 277bit that are subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on any game or sports market on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency supported on the 277bit Platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means UTC+6, the time zone used for all Platform timestamps, deadlines, and promotional schedules.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 To open an Account, you must truthfully complete the registration form on the 277bit Platform, providing accurate full name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).

2.2 You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You must notify 277bit promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting [email protected].

2.3 Only one Account per person is permitted. Accounts found to be duplicates — whether associated by device, IP address, payment method, or identity — will be merged or closed, and any bonus balances will be forfeited.

2.4 277bit reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing Account at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason, subject to the return of any Real Money Balance held at the time of closure, net of any applicable fees.

2.5 By registering, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, and that you access the Platform entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility.

3. Age Verification & Know Your Customer (KYC)

3.1 The minimum age to use the 277bit Platform is 21 years. This is a hard requirement that admits no exceptions. 277bit takes underage gambling extremely seriously.

3.2 At the time of first withdrawal, or at any point 277bit deems verification necessary, you will be required to submit satisfactory identity documents. Accepted documents include:

• Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid passport (biographical data page)
• Bangladesh driving licence (where date of birth is clearly visible)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile money statement dated within 90 days)

3.3 All documents must be submitted in legible digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) via the Account verification portal or by email to [email protected]. Documents must not be obscured, cropped, or digitally altered in any way.

3.4 Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC. 277bit will not be liable for any loss of earnings, opportunity costs, or inconvenience arising from a delay caused by a Player's failure to provide timely or satisfactory verification.

4. Deposits & Payment Processing

4.1 All deposits must be made in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) through one of the payment methods listed on the 277bit Platform. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.2 The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and player tier, and is displayed within the Account deposit section.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt by 277bit's payment processor. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 2 banking hours during Bangladesh business days.

4.4 All payment instruments used to deposit must be registered in the same name as the 277bit Account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will trigger an immediate security review. Any funds received from third-party sources will be returned net of applicable processing costs.

4.5 277bit does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transfer charges. These charges are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by 277bit.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account withdrawal section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day is displayed in the Account section and may vary by player tier and verification status.

5.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to 277bit's KYC and anti-money laundering verification requirements. 277bit reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

5.3 277bit targets processing of approved withdrawals within 15 minutes to 4 hours of request confirmation for bKash and Nagad withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. These are target timeframes only and do not constitute guaranteed service levels.

5.4 Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Balance are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of any outstanding Bonus Balance.

5.5 Any withdrawal found to be linked to fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or a violation of these Terms will be frozen pending investigation and may be permanently withheld if the investigation confirms a breach.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

6.1 277bit offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL cricket betting promotions, and seasonal campaigns such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion.

6.2 Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all 277bit promotions:

• Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount
• Minimum odds for sports bets to count toward wagering: 1.50
• Maximum stake per bet while a wagering requirement is active: ৳1,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower
• Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of bonus issuance; uncompleted bonuses expire and are removed from the account
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to 30x wagering

6.3 277bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-course, players who have already opted in will be permitted to complete existing wagering requirements under the original terms unless otherwise stated.

6.4 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Claiming the welcome bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and permanent account closure.

7. Game Rules, Betting Rules & Disputes

7.1 Each game available on the 277bit Platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules prevail with respect to that specific game mechanic, while these Terms prevail with respect to all account, payment, and conduct matters.

7.2 Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with 277bit's Sportsbook Rules, available on the Platform. For cricket markets including BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and T20 World Cup events, official results as published by the relevant cricket governing body (ICC, BCB, or tournament organiser) are used for settlement.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure affecting a game or betting market, 277bit reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' Real Money Balances. No compensation will be paid for anticipated winnings on voided bets.

7.4 Disputes regarding game outcomes, bet settlement, or payment transactions must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be investigated. 277bit's decision on all disputes is final, subject to the good faith review process described in these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 277bit Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any non-human interface to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic manner
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any activity that violates applicable Bangladeshi law
• Registering an account using false, incomplete, or another person's identity
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks through bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, or any other payment method
• Sharing account credentials with or allowing access by any third party
• Using a VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks

8.2 277bit employs fraud detection systems that monitor for the prohibited behaviours listed above. Detection of any prohibited conduct will trigger an immediate investigation. During investigation, account access and withdrawals may be suspended without prior notice.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 277bit is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among its player base. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible free of charge through Account Settings or by contacting [email protected]:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps set by the player
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying the player of elapsed session duration
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at the player's request
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months; during exclusion, the account cannot be reopened under any circumstances

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the 277bit Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphical assets, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 277bit or its licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without 277bit's prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 277bit's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower.

11.2 277bit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

11.3 277bit does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Platform downtime for maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events does not give rise to any liability on the part of 277bit.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

12.1 277bit collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the 277bit Privacy Policy.

12.2 Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including name, date of birth, NID details, mobile number, and payment method details — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. 277bit does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 277bit reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

13.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms, to the extent not inconsistent with any applicable mandatory local law.

14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and 277bit, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting 277bit at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and a detailed description of your claim. 277bit will respond within 10 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).

14.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the initial contact, either party may escalate the matter through applicable legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits 277bit's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before a competent authority.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

15.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.

15.2 These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, individual game rules, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 277bit with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

15.3 No failure or delay by 277bit in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude any further exercise of the same or any other right.
